The Cognitive Mind Programme is delivered in five sessions. The sessions are delivered at least one week apart.

The sessions are supported by a number of handouts which summarise the main points of each session and can be used by the individual to reflect constructively between sessions.

It can be delivered by a learning facilitator who guides each session. It is important that the facilitator practices the principles of the programme in their daily life to have a full understanding and experience of what they are facilitating.

Some individuals who are able to self-reflect may be able to self-facilitate the programme, focusing on one session at a time to fully understand the underpinning knowledge and practice the concepts.
