The Cognitive Mind Programme is an effective holistic way to prevent and manage depression, anxiety and low mood. It is a successful alternative to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
It is not conventional counselling or therapy, but does require practice. It is simple and usually begins to work quickly: users have reported it to be effective in the long term.
